It’s a great moment for us and that’s why we decided to adapt

Everyone’s safety is a priority for the Hotel Vivaldi. We believe that when everyone thinks about the well-being of the other, everyone’s stay is improved.

We therefore encourage you to respect the COVID-19 prevention measures:

  • Maintain a safety distance of 1.20m from everyone when walking around the hotel;
  • Wear a mask in our shared spaces, especially when you are in the elevator;
  • Use the elevator alone;
  • Prefer to have your breakfast outside when the weather allows it;
  • Wash your hands frequently. We put hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal in the hotel;
  • If you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with the bend of your elbow or with a tissue;
  • Let us know of any signs you may have that make you think of COVID-19.
Reception

As soon as you arrive, we prioritize your comfort and well-being!

The reception is equipped with hydroalcoholic gel dispensers. It is also fitted with a protective screen to prevent any contact.

You can choose to pay without contact and you can reserve your room by paying by card directly on our site. Book your stay

Staff & Cleaning

In order to accommodate you in the best conditions, we have adapted our mode of operation.

Our staff is equipped with protective gloves and masks.

We have also chosen to increase the frequency of cleaning frequented areas such as reception, toilets and elevators.

Food services

To favor your well-being, we have adapted your breakfast moment.

The buffet has been adapted to limit the risk of contamination.

It is also possible to choose to have breakfast in your room.

Dispute

DISPUTES:

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility of contacting the consumer mediator to whom the professional reports, namely AME CONSO, free of charge, within one year of the written complaint addressed to the professional.

The referral to the consumer mediator must be made:
• either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com;
