The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean the food was lovely and once we got the hang of the metro we went in and out of the city easily. This hotel might not have parking and may be a few stops on the metro away from the big attractions but WHEN we do arrive back to stay at the Vivaldi hotel again it will be worth every minute because this hotel has what many hotels don't have, and thats the feeling of comfort and home. Als Ausgangsstation fьr unsere Tagestouren in und um Paris sehr gut gelegen. Einfach zu erreichen (Metro Linie 1) und ca. 10min zur FuЯ) einfach zu erreichen. In der Gegend um das Hotel gute kleine Restaurants mit gutem Essen und zu annehmbaren Preisen. Wir waren zu dritt zwei Teenager und Daddy. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber zum schlafen reichte es alle Tage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad ist ebenfalls klein aber mit Duschkabine (kein ekeliger Vorhang). Das Frьhstьck ist reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Auch Sonderwьnsche wurden erfьllt. Wir kommen gerne in dieses Hotel zurьck. Hier die Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel: Nehmen Sie die Metro Nr.1 (Gelbe Route) in Richtung „La Defense“ und fahren Sie bis Station “Esplanade de la Defense”. Dort verlassen sie den Bahnsteig in Fahrtrichtung ьber die Rolltreppe. Nach Verlassen der Kontrollzone (Schranke) halten Sie sich links. Sie sehen den FitnessClub „MED“. Rechts durch die Tьr und die Treppe hinunter, ьber den Zebrastreifen und auf der anderen Seite die Treppen wieder hinauf. Auf dem Platz, der Wegbeschreibung „ Puteaux centre“ folgen. Das bedeutet auf dem Platz nach rechts gehen, Sie sehen rechter Hand ein Restaurant, daran vorbei und auf den Durchgang zugehen (am Abend bei StraЯenlicht schlecht zu erkennen). Durch den Durchgang und ьber die FuЯgдngerbrьcke die StraЯe ьberqueren. Dem Weg folgen bis zur Treppe, diese hinuntergehen und den FuЯgдngerьbergang (an der Ampel FuЯgдnger Knopf drьcken) ьberqueren. Sie sehen linker Hand die StraЯe „rue Roque de Fillol“ Der StraЯe bis zum Ende folgen (nicht wundern, die StraЯe ist ziemlich lang), das Hotel befindet sich auf der rechten Seite (fьr den Weg benцtigen sie ca. 10 Minuten). It is only a short distance out of the centre of Paris by Metro and was really handy for everywhere we wanted to go to. Puteaux is also really nice and has a good feel to it with an excellent range of shops and places to eat. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely; very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and the extra touches - free phone calls, the internet, breakfast in bed, umbrellas to borrow and stacks of toiletries in the bathroom, etc. - really added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would definitely stay at the Vivaldi again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
